Sometimes it helps to step out of the day-to-day and have space to think, reflect and reset.

These workshops are calm, supportive and practical. No pressure or rigid structure, just thoughtful guidance, and space to explore what feels most helpful for you or your group.

Sessions can take place at work, at home, or somewhere else that feels comfortable.

Space to reconnect with yourself

Sometimes you realise you have been focused on everyone and everything else, and lost touch with yourself along the way. This session creates space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what you need next. 

Together, we’ll explore simple ways to:

  • Take stock of where you are right now

  • Reconnect with your strengths and needs

  • Let go of old expectations or “shoulds”

  • Gently shape what comes next

 

Suitable for: Small groups (5-15)

Duration: 2 hours

Values in balance

Space to reconnect to what matters

When life’s priorities feel unclear, or goals keep getting pushed aside, everything can start to feel heavier. Together, we’ll reconnect with your unique values so decisions feel clearer, more grounded, and more aligned with what’s important to you.

We’ll gently explore:

  • Recognising when things feel out of balance

  • Understanding what matters most to you at a deeper level

  • Making decisions based on values

  • Staying connected to values when life feels busy
     

Suitable for: Founders, micro-business owners, or small teams

Duration: 2 hours

You don’t have to carry it all

Space to release the mental load

Many people move through life holding far more than anyone else realises - mentally, emotionally or practically. This session offers space to pause, feel supported, and gently let go of some of the pressure you have been carrying.

Together, we’ll work through:

  • Recognising patterns of over-responsibility

  • Understanding emotional and mental load

  • Creating healthier boundaries around your time and energy

  • Feeling more steady, supported and able to ask for help

 

Suitable for: Small groups (5-15)

Duration: 2 hours

If you would like to, workshops and sessions can be paired with treatments such as reflexology or massage. This can be a lovely way to deepen the experience and create an even deeper restorative, balanced session.
